About Joe - Head Coach
I’ve been coaching for over 15 years now in various capacities. All along the pathway from clubs to county. I am an ECB Level 3 coach, who is continually improving. I’ve a real passion for learning and upskilling myself so i am constantly seeking personal development opportunities.
My philosophy is based upon building outstanding relationships with players that encourage them to understand and work things out for themselves. I like to use a humorous style with my players to help aid the relationship and build a strong rapport.
I try to allow players to be who they want to be in a fun, challenging and rewarding environment. I like each player to develop the confidence to perform with no fear of failure and to support the rest of the group. I like the players to understand the goal of each session and be able to understand why it is beneficial.
By planning and delivering focused and purposeful sessions players should develop the skills to perform regularly. I firmly believe in upskilling each player whether that is: Technically, Tactically, Physically or Mentally.
